Piece of cake here.  In some versions of the French Chanson Pour Les Petits Enfants, Tina and Nadirah actually sing the words "Song for the children, song for the world".

Latin may be a dead language, but Jimmy resurrects it with the lyrics "Mea culpa, mea culpa.  Mea maxima culpa" in Fruitcakes.

Frenchman for the Night is the answer to this riddle and the French lyric is "C'est une nuit blanche".

He sees the stars above
