Phounding Phather and President “Denny Lorah” welcomed all members to the meeting.
The president asked if all members had received a copy of February’s minutes; Tina Schreib, whose email is
luv2spikenbike@comcast.net, needs to be added.
The president asked for a motion from the floor to approve the minutes. A motion was made by Duane Cahill to accept
the minutes of our last meeting and a second by Shawn Guevin; a vote was taken and the minutes were approved.
The Treasurer’s report was given by Rick Gromis. Rick said we had lots of expenses in February, including $1,300 for
the newsletter and $930 in our annual club insurance, and income of just over $1000. We still have about $17,000 in our
checking and savings, even after checks to CrimeAlert ($11,027 from the Caribbean Christmas show) and Safe Haven
$13,700 from the Cabin Fever Festival).
A motion was made by Jodi Blatt to accept the treasurer's report and a second was made by Cheri Guevin. A vote was taken
and the treasurer's report was approved.

About 40 children are diagnosed with this disease each day. A 21-year-old from Exeter died just last weekend from the disease,

with Type 1 Diabetes.

on every table. Gary asked for help from the membership to publicize the event and recruit golfers!

Points info may be online soon. Duane encouraged everyone to check their points periodically to make sure there aren’t any
errors.
